About Fella

A visionary leader grounded in Stoic philosophy, Fella believes that resilience, discipline, and clarity are the cornerstones of meaningful progress. Her leadership is guided by a simple truth: while we can’t control every challenge, we can control our effort, attitude, and response.


This belief gave birth to Dynamic Management Formulae (DMF), a company she envisioned to help startups and SMEs build structure from uncertainty and strength from adversity. As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Fella leads DMF with purpose: empowering businesses to make confident, transparent decisions through integrated systems and data-driven clarity. NoWen is the first expression of that vision, DMF's Financial Early Warning tool built for startups and SMEs.


With over 15 years of experience across education, business development, and digital transformation in MENA, Africa, Asia and Europe, Fella has led global programmes, government partnerships, and large-scale digital learning initiatives for organisations like the British Council and Creative Technology Solutions. Her journey unites strategy and empathy, always driven by the conviction that clarity is a discipline, not an accident.

Fella's Story

Fella’s story begins in a small town in Algeria, where perseverance was not a choice but a way of life. At eighteen, she saved every penny to buy her first laptop, a symbol of self-belief and the start of her journey toward independence.

That same determination carried her through years of study in Finance, Economics, and International Business in London, and later into leadership roles that spanned education, technology, and entrepreneurship. Throughout every stage, one constant remained: her stoic approach, focusing on what she could control, accepting what she could not, and turning every setback into a lesson. 

When she founded DMF, she transformed that philosophy into a vision for others. What began as a personal belief became a collective mission: to give founders the clarity and confidence to lead their ventures forward, no matter their background or expertise. Today, she leads DMF with calm conviction, proving that resilience is more than endurance; it’s the power to transform uncertainty into direction and ideas into growth.
