With a background in computer science and hands-on experience across software engineering, DevOps, and leadership, Afiq bridges the gap between technology and teamwork.
As Head of Innovation at Dynamic Management Formulae (DMF), he leads the development of finance-focused SaaS solutions, aligning product strategy with DMF’s mission to expose the financial blind spots that silently collapse startups and SMEs. Known for his collaborative approach, Afiq champions open communication, agile thinking, and a culture of innovation grounded in transparency and shared purpose.
Afiq's Story
Afiq’s journey began in Brunei, where a deep curiosity for technology turned into a passion for creating impactful digital solutions. From his early internship at Grominda to founding HueTech Enterprise while still at university, Afiq’s path has always been driven by initiative and a builder’s mindset.
After gaining experience in data engineering and backend development at EVYD Technology, he returned to Grominda to lead innovation projects before joining DMF. Each chapter of his career reinforced his belief that innovation isn’t a solo act; it’s built through collaboration, mentorship, and the courage to experiment.
At DMF, Afiq now channels that philosophy into shaping scalable SaaS systems that empower startups and SMEs to thrive. His leadership reflects DMF’s commitment to transparency, empowerment, and purpose-driven growth.
