About Anatta
Anatta Lee served as DMF's Head of Marketing, bringing 16 years of global experience across multiple industries. She is the founder and CEO of Dana Elite Sales Club Holdings, where she helps startups and SMEs build marketing and sales engines grounded in emotional clarity and human connection.
Her approach, Iceberg Marketing, is built on a simple premise: the most powerful marketing happens below the surface, in the emotions and motivations that audiences rarely articulate but always feel.
Contribution to DMF
From December 2024 to June 2025, Anatta played a key role in shaping DMF's early brand identity and marketing foundation.
She developed our marketing strategy, launched our first website, and built our presence on LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. She also managed our social campaigns, email outreach, and designed the first eBook and brochure for NoWen, helping define our voice before product launch.
Anatta initiated the LinkedIn logo contest that led us to discover Uzeyir, now the designer behind DMF’s and NoWen’s logos.
Her creative thinking, rooted in empathy and human connection, gave DMF its first platform for storytelling and brand presence.
Beyond DMF
In February 2025, Anatta founded Dana Elite Sales Club Holdings, a consultancy helping startups and SMEs align their marketing, sales, and purpose to build sustainable business engines.
Anatta remains a valued connection within the DMF community, and we look forward to continuing our journey together, supporting the same startup founders and SMEs that NoWen is built for.
