Reflecting on his professional journey, Thomas emphasized that change is the only constant. He began his career in accountancy but soon realized it wasn’t his true passion. Knowing he needed to grow, he pivoted to entrepreneurship and ventured into IT sales. Each transition was challenging, but it taught him a powerful lesson: to embrace change, learn from it, and use it as a stepping stone toward something bigger.
